Thank you for your interest in discerning the priesthood of Jesus Christ on behalf of the Catholic Diocese of Biloxi. You will find below the documents that are required in order for a man to be considered by our Bishop to study on behalf of the Diocese of Biloxi. Additionally, please submit five letters of recommendation with your application. They may be addressed and sent to the Office of Vocations or uploaded with the completed docs.
APPLICATION PROCESS

NEW APPLICATION
This document is the actual document that is required to be completed and submitted. It is approximately thirteen pages long and very lengthy, however should you need assistance in completing this document please reach out to our diocesan vocation director.
BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION CONSENT
We are required to ensure that all men who study for our Diocese have the appropriate backgound information on file.
MEDICAL FORM
the medical form is to be completed by your physician and submitted with your application.
DENTAL FORM
Similar to the medical form this is to be completed by your Dentist and submitted to the Vocation’s Office.
PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION
Information regarding setting up your appointment for your psychological evaluation can be found on this document.
MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
This is used to ensure that we recieve a copy of your Psychological Evaluation from our appointed psychologist.
